luxurious room helpful staff continental breakfast dark room small steak poor presentation
The room felt luxurious and very comfortable, and it was available at a reasonable price. I had chosen the beautiful double room. Staff members were helpful to me, especially when I needed directions. A complementary continental breakfast was included, and i found it a delight.
I did find the hotel room a little dark. The room could use more natural light. The steak frites (I had to ask for a steak knife) were also disappointing. The steak portion was small, and the plate was mostly chips. Presentation could improve.

a decent stay
big bathroom fantastic hand wash comfy bed expensive bonbons bad presentation shocking presentation
the bathroom was big. it had fantastic hand wash and other things i needed. the room was super clean and quirky and had decor i liked. i found the bed to be comfy.
the bonbons are too expensive, i payed nine pounds. steak frites presentation was bad. too many chips covered my plate. presentation was shocking.

beautiful decoration clean room friendly staff awful presentation cutlery request steak knife
the room was beautifully decorated and very clean everything about it was lovely i enjoyed the free complimentary breakfast basket it was homemade and prepared by the chefs the staff were cute and friendly
i was charged nine pounds for two tiny balmoral bonbons the presentation was awful i had to ask for cutlery someone in my group ordered steak frites and had to ask for a steak knife
